Web Presence Package

The web presence package includes many components. We will refund your money according to the following schedule:

• The first $125.00 of your payment, which covers the InterNIC fee, and initial account setup, is nonrefundable. The domain name is then yours to keep, sell or transfer to any other hosting service - we will even help you accomplish the transfer if you wish;
• The balance of your payment is fully refundable in the first 30 days;
• Upon termination after 30 days $275.00 of your payment will be refunded on an 11 month prorated schedule;
• Site content can be modified in any way you see fit. In the event of termination of service prior to 12 months the site content created by ACustomWebSite must be abandoned. After 12 months of paid service ACustomWebSite relinquishes all rights to any site content that we have created.

Custom HTML or Custom Programs

• Custom work is billed after your acceptance. Large projects will be completed in stages to ensure satisfaction and will be billed as it is accepted. If our work is unacceptable you are not obligated to pay and you agree not to use any part of the unpaid work.
